DEPRESSION TEST

The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) is a clinical assessment tool that can aid in the diagnosis of depression. It takes the form of 9 questions that are each scored by their frequency from “Not at all“ through to “Nearly every day“. The test measures severity with a score of 10 or more suggesting significant signs of depression.

9. Thoughts that you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way
