ANXIETY TEST
The General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) test is a clinical assessment tool that can aid in the diagnosis of anxiety. It takes the form of 7 questions that are each scored by their frequency from “Not at all“ through to “Nearly every day“. The test measures severity with a score of 10 or more suggesting significant signs of anxiety.
Over the last 2 weeks, how often have you been bothered by the following problems?
If you score 10 or more on the test you should consider contacting your GP, counsellor or mental health expert.
The GAD-7 was developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues. The form on this page is completely anonymous, the basic calculations are all performed in your browser and NO information is sent back to the server.
