Here is a great article that simply warns of the impact of over exposure to social media.

The article (Preventing Social Media Burnout) challenges you (and me – because I like to investigate these things) to have media free days. Stephanie explains the benefits of this practice whilst understanding the pull towards not stopping.

Have a read – Have a go – How was it?

Are you trapped in a cycle of media checking and re-checking? Can you be curious? Monitor how you feel when your post has been liked, or not liked? Consider if you are struggling with anxiety, depression or stress? Could this be a way of just stepping away for a short time and allowing yourself a break? How might that feel?
